Settings
Configure your Meelio account, practice, recording preferences, team, and billing.
Manage your Meelio experience from the Settings pages. Access Settings by clicking the gear icon in the top-right corner of the app.
In This Section
- Account — Profile, specialty, NPI, and privacy
- Practice — Organization name, country, currency, measurement units, and consultation chat sharing
- Documents — Custom PDF branding, logos, and themes
- Recording & Transcription — Audio quality, transcription mode, and echo cancellation
- AI & Summaries — Auto-summary, AI prompt defaults, and Agent Memory
- Notifications — Notification preferences
- Team Management — Invite members, manage roles, transfer ownership (Admin)
- Billing & Subscription — Plans, invoices, and cancellation (Owner)

Skills lives in your personal settings, under Settings → Skills. It has its own section: see Skills.
