Notification Settings
Configure meeting reminders and recording notifications.
Access from Settings → Notifications to control what notifications Meelio shows you.
Meeting Reminders
Enable Meeting Notifications
Toggle to receive notifications before scheduled appointments. When enabled, you'll see a popup reminder before your appointments.
Show Notifications For
Choose which appointments trigger notifications:
- All appointments — Get notified for every calendar event
- Only with video links — Only notify for appointments that include a video call link
Reminder Timing
How far in advance you want to be notified:
- 2 minutes before
- 5 minutes before
- 15 minutes before
- 30 minutes before
Recording Notifications
Microphone Activity
Toggle Notify when microphone becomes active to get alerted when another application starts using your microphone. This helps you stay aware of when audio is being captured on your device.
Email Notifications
Daily Pre-consultation Summary
Toggle this setting to receive a daily email at 9:00 AM summarizing the pre-consultation reports for all appointments scheduled for that day. This helps you prepare for your sessions with a quick overview of patient status and history.
