Account Settings

Manage your profile, multi-account switching, provider identifiers, and privacy preferences.

Access Account Settings from Settings → Account to manage your personal profile and privacy preferences.

Multi-Account Switching

Meelio supports signing into multiple accounts simultaneously, allowing you to switch between them without logging out. This is useful if you work across multiple practices or have separate accounts for different roles.

Adding an Account

  1. Click on your profile icon or name in the sidebar
  2. Select Add another account
  3. Complete the login process for the second account

Switching Accounts

  1. Click on your profile icon or name in the sidebar
  2. A list of all signed-in accounts will appear
  3. Click on the account you want to switch to
  4. Meelio will reload with the selected account active

Removing an Account

To remove an account from the switcher, you must sign out of that specific account while it is active.

Profile Information

Name

  • First Name and Last Name — Your display name throughout Meelio

Email

Your email address is shown but cannot be changed directly. Contact support@meelio.ai to update your email.

Specialties

Select one or more specialties that describe your practice:

  • Registered Dietitian
  • Clinical Nutritionist
  • Sports Nutritionist
  • Pediatric Nutritionist
  • Renal Dietitian
  • Oncology Dietitian
  • Diabetes Educator
  • Eating Disorder Specialist
  • Wellness Coach
  • Other

Click tags to select or deselect them. Your specialty helps the AI tailor clinical documentation.

Professional Identifiers

  • NPI — Your 10-digit National Provider Identifier
  • Taxonomy Code — Your NUCC Healthcare Provider Taxonomy Code (e.g., 133V00000X)

These are optional and may be used in exported documentation or EHR integration.

Support & Diagnostics

  • Export Debug Logs — Download diagnostic logs to share with support when troubleshooting issues

Privacy

  • Share usage analytics — Toggle to help improve Meelio by sharing anonymous usage data. No patient information is ever collected.

Saving Changes

After making changes, click Save in the page header. The save button is only active when there are unsaved changes.
