Care Plans
View, create, and manage patient care plans in Meelio.
Care plans are personalized nutrition and treatment plans generated for a patient. They can be created by AI during a consultation or through the AI chat.
Viewing Care Plans
- Navigate to the patient's detail page
- Click the Care Plans tab
- Each care plan shows its title, date, and status
Click on a care plan to view its full content.
How Care Plans Are Created
During a Consultation
After recording a consultation, ask the AI in the Processing view:
- "Generate a care plan for this patient"
- "Create a nutrition care plan based on our discussion"
The AI generates the care plan based on the consultation transcript and the patient's health context.
Via Patient Chat
You can also generate care plans through the patient-specific AI chat without recording a consultation. Navigate to the patient and start an AI chat.
Using Templates
Care plan generation follows your configured templates. You can customize the structure and content of care plans through the Template Library.
Care Plan Content
A typical care plan includes:
- Goals — Clinical and nutritional goals
- Recommendations — Dietary guidance, supplement suggestions, lifestyle modifications
- Follow-up actions — Next steps and timeline
- Notes — Additional observations
Editing Care Plans
Click on a care plan to open it. You can edit the content directly or use the AI chat to make changes.
