Upcoming Appointments

The Coming Up section on the Dashboard shows your next scheduled appointments, synced from Google Calendar.

Requirements

To see appointments, you need to:

1. Connect your Google Calendar — see Connect Your Calendar
2. Have upcoming events on your calendar

What's Shown

Each appointment card displays:

• Appointment title — From your calendar event
• Time — Scheduled start time
• Patient name — If Meelio can match the appointment to a patient in your records

Starting a Consultation from an Appointment

Click on an appointment to start a consultation. Meelio will:

1. Open the Recording view
2. Begin recording automatically
3. Pre-load the appointment context (title, patient if matched)

Syncing

Appointments are synced automatically when you open Meelio. You can also trigger a manual sync from Settings → Integrations by clicking Sync Now next to Google Calendar.
