Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It gives you quick access to start consultations, view upcoming appointments, and return to recent sessions.

Welcome Section

At the top of the Dashboard, you'll see a personalized greeting with:

• "Welcome back, [Name]" — Your first name
• "AI-powered clinical documentation for every consultation" — A quick reminder of what Meelio does
• Start New Consultation — The primary action button to begin recording

Coming Up

If you've connected your Google Calendar, the Coming Up section shows your upcoming appointments. Each appointment card shows:

• Appointment title
• Scheduled time
• Patient name (if matched)

Click an appointment to start a consultation with that appointment's context.

Recent Consultations

The Recent Consultations section shows your most recent recordings. Click any consultation to reopen it in the Processing view.

Quick Search (Command Palette)

Access Meelio's powerful search and navigation tool by clicking the search bar in the top navigation or using the keyboard shortcut:

• macOS: Cmd + K
• Windows: Ctrl + K

The command palette allows you to:

• Search for patients — Quickly find and navigate to any patient record
• Access recent items — View and jump into your most recent patients and consultations
• Execute commands — Navigate to Settings, Appointments, or start a new consultation

Notifications

The Dashboard may show notifications at the top for:

• Unsaved recordings — If a previous recording failed to upload, you'll see a warning with a View link to the recovery page
• Updates available — When a new version of Meelio is ready

Navigation

From the Dashboard, you can access all parts of Meelio:

• Top bar — Search (Cmd+K / Ctrl+K), Settings, user menu
• Start New Consultation — Begin recording immediately
• Appointments — Jump into a scheduled visit
• Recent Consultations — Continue working on past sessions
