The General Agent is Meelio's AI assistant for conversations that aren't tied to a specific patient or consultation.

Accessing the General Agent

Click the AI Agent option in the navigation to open the general chat.

What You Can Use It For

• Clinical research — Ask about medical topics, nutrition science, or treatment approaches
• General questions — Get help with documentation formatting, terminology, or best practices
• Summary creation — Generate summaries from meeting notes
• Template guidance — Get help designing templates for your clinical documentation

Limitations

The General Agent does not have access to specific patient data. For patient-specific conversations, use Patient Chat or the Post-Consultation Chat.
