Stopping a Reply
Once the assistant has started answering, the Send button turns into a Stop button. Click it to stop the reply.
- What the assistant wrote so far stays in the chat, with "This response was stopped." under it.
- You can type your next message right away. It is sent once the stop has gone through.
- If the assistant is in the middle of a step, such as saving a note, it finishes that step first and then stops. The line under the message box says what it is waiting for.
- If the stopped reply had already changed a clinical note or care plan, the note under the reply lists what changed and offers Restore previous version for each document. If a save may or may not have gone through, it says so, so you can check the document.
Stop appears only for replies that can be stopped; until then, the button shows a spinner as before.
